Designed to identify and support young scientists who will eventually become leaders in agricultural sciences and technologies.

The program enables Ph.D. students in one country (U.S. or Israel) to travel to the other country to acquire new skills and techniques in their field of study.

Promotes cooperative agricultural research between established scientists from the United States and hosts from Israel.
